We will need to scan your valid I.D. each time you check in at our office. Bid cards are free of charge.
You will need your bid card to check out at our office. We accept cash, local checks, and credit/debit cards as valid forms of payment. There is no extra charge for the use of credit/debit cards. We do not accept American Express Credit cards.
Buyer’s Premium & Sales Tax
We charge 10% buyer’s premium and 6% PA Sales Tax. Register your sales tax number for tax exemption.
You may load your items from the auction floor immediately after paying your total at the office. There is no need to wait until the end of the sale. All items must be removed the day of the auction. However, items from the furniture sale are extended to Wednesday at 5pm.
All items must be viewed at the auction house before placing your bid. NO bids will be left from items seen only on the internet. The minimum bid is $25. The bidding with begin with your bid! You are responsible to have items paid for and removed by Friday. Failure to do so will result in your absentee bidding privileges being removed. We reserve the right to monitor the number of bids left by a bidder.
Absentee bids are done as a courtesy to our customers. We will do our best execute your bid properly. However, Farmersville Auction Inc. and it’s employees are not responsible for any discrepancies.
